Latest improvements

New features for clubs, schools and associations.

  1. Registration numbers under every club and school

Every club and school now has a region registration number, shown on its own line under the name, so two clubs with the same name are easy to tell apart.

  2. Forty active players per age group

A club can register up to 40 active players in each age group. Filling U15 does not block Senior, or any other division.

  3. Undo a wallet transfer for an hour

A credit transfer from a region to an LFA, or from an LFA to a club, can be undone from wallet history within the first hour.

  4. Renewals on the club page

The club roster now lists expired and expiring players underneath the teams, with a count and a renew link, for the whole club.

  5. Frame the face on the player card

When a club uploads a player photo, they can zoom and position it so the face sits inside the circular card before it is saved.

  6. Transfers keep the player number

A transfer keeps the six-digit registration number and only changes the region letters, so West Rand WES100001 becomes Johannesburg JOH100001.

  7. Schools buy seats before registering

A school with no open seats goes straight to buying seats, with the quantity and amount shown, instead of being billed for a single player.

  8. Only active players use a squad place

Expired players and players who still need renewal stay on record, but they no longer count toward a club or cup squad cap.

  9. LFA payments show the LFA

A local football association wallet payment is marked with the province and the LFA name, so you can see which LFA the payment belongs to.

  10. Season rules per province

Each province can set its own season dates, card expiry at season end, and whether clubs may edit or renew players. The card year moves forward with the season.
