How deletion works

What we delete

When you ask us to delete a MySportsApp account we remove your name, email, password and app profile, so that login no longer works.

What we may keep

• Payment records needed for tax and accounting.
• A player, coach or official registration created by a club or school. Ask the club, or name it in your request, if you also want that removed.
• Information we must keep because the law requires it.

How long it takes

We aim to finish within 30 days and will email you when it is done. You can also write to support@sportsfusionsa.com with the subject “Account deletion”.

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete the account. Use this page or the email above.
