Terms of use
The rules for using MySportsApp, provincial registration, Career Growth, and this website.
Effective 6 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Sports Fusion Technology, Unit 28C Habitat Centre @ The Mall, Somerset Mall, Somerset West, South Africa. If you do not agree, do not use the products.
The products
MySportsApp is the mobile app for fans, players and officials. Provincial logins are the registration and competition tools used by clubs, schools, LFAs, regions and federations. Career Growth is a private place for talent, used by organisations the federation has approved. This website is the public company site at mysportsapplication.com.
Accounts
You must give a real email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse another person, break the law, or interfere with the service.
Who may use it
The app is intended for people in South Africa who follow or take part in football. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms and the privacy policy with you. Club and school administrators register minors as part of organised sport; they must have the authority to do so.
Content and licences
You keep ownership of photos and text you upload. You give us a licence to host and display that material so the product can work (for example a player photograph on a registration card). Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
Scores, fixtures, articles and course material on the app are for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Payments
Some courses, tournament entries, airtime and data deals are paid. Those charges are processed by Paystack. Prices are shown before you pay. Refunds, if any, follow the listing for that product and South African consumer law. Airtime or data that has already been delivered cannot usually be reversed.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break into another account or interfere with the service.
- Do not copy or republish other people’s personal information in bulk.
- Do not use the app to harass officials, players or other users.
- Do not submit false identity documents or registration details.
Availability
We aim to keep the products available. Busy match days, planned maintenance and events outside our control can interrupt them. We do not promise uninterrupted service.
Limitation
To the extent South African law allows, Sports Fusion Technology is not liable for indirect loss (lost fixtures, lost opportunity, or information you did not keep a copy of). Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including for gross negligence or a product that causes death or personal injury.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the products and request deletion of your app account at any time. We may stop providing a product, or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice where that is reasonable.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. If a dispute cannot be resolved with us first, the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction.
